Google Workspace Business Standard starts around 14 to 17 dollars per user each month and includes professional email, cloud storage, video meetings, eSignature, and even booking pages at no extra cost. I don’t need a fancy system with complex workflows or bulk signing features right now. A signature and a date are really all I need.</p><p><br>I already use Google Workspace, which has honestly been the lifeline of my business and organization. So I decided to check if Google had a solution for e-signatures built in. <strong>And do 🤌🏾.</strong></p><p><br>When I looked into it, I learned that Google’s eSignature feature is actually pretty new. It rolled out in 2023 and became fully available in 2024 for certain Google Workspace plans. One of those updates is the new booking page that lets people schedule appointments directly through your calendar. It works a lot like Calendly or Acuity, but it’s already included with most Google Workspace plans.</p><p></p><img src="https://ezycourse.b-cdn.net/3612/cmgpjmwu60kq9wa8zhnntaegs.png" containerstyle="width: 100%; height: auto; cursor: pointer; " alt="image"><p><em><sup>Google Calendar admin view showing how to set up and manage the new booking page feature for appointment scheduling.</sup></em></p><p><br><strong>If you’ve ever paid 10 to 20 dollars a month for a booking tool, this update alone is a win.</strong></p><p>I did notice that right now there’s no option to reschedule an appointment. You have to cancel and rebook instead 🙄. It’s not a huge issue, but I’m a stickler for convenience, so hopefully Google adds that flexibility in the future.</p><p>And yes, you can collect payments through Google’s booking page now using Stripe, which is a huge plus.
